A TailorMadeEvents Day At The Races runs exactly like a visit to a racecourse — except we bring the races to you. Guests receive a race card and a swag bag of Betting Chips on arrival. They place bets, the odds calculate live based on the room's action, races are projected onto a big screen or TV monitors with PA sound, and your MC walks everyone through the evening. The format spreads races across the night so guests still eat, drink, mingle, and listen to speeches between them. That's what makes it work as both a party and a fundraiser. For charity events, races can be sponsored, horses can be auctioned, and chips can be cashed in for raffle tickets at the end of the night. Novelty pig and dog racing available as add-ons for a little extra fun.
