Dealer and guests at a green-lit sponsored glow table at an outdoor charity casino night

Fundraisers That Raise More

A casino night, a race night or a live auction raises money in ways a seated dinner simply can't. Guests buy tickets, sponsors brand the tables, and the energy in the room keeps people giving all evening. We bring the tables, the dealers, the MC and the fundraising mechanics — you keep the proceeds.

Three Formats

Pick the night that fits your crowd.

Each one works on its own. Put two in the same room and there is something happening in every corner all evening.

Fun Casino Night

LED glow blackjack, roulette and craps with professional dealers and personalized Fun Money. Every table takes a sponsor's name on the playing surface, in front of every guest, all night. The format that has run five years straight for one Atlanta foundation.

A Day at the Races

Eight races, eight horses, an MC, projection and PA. Sponsors buy a race, guests back a horse with Betting Chips, and the auction of the horses in the final race is the loudest moment of the night. Two race-night fundraisers are already booked for the coming months.

Auctions

We're not an auction house, but our MCs know how to work a crowd and get the most out of your guests. Live auction, silent auction with a live close, or auctioning the final table or the final race, run to your lot list and your timings.

The Fundraising Math

Four ways the night raises money.

Most organisations combine three or four of these. Use them all and the entertainment stops being a cost line and starts being the fundraiser. We provide the entertainment; anything involving prizes, drawings or ticketing is designed and run by you, and we'd always suggest running your plan past your own counsel first.

Sponsorships

Glow tables and races are easy to brand, so each one can carry a sponsor's name and artwork. For many clients the sponsorships alone cover the cost of the entertainment.

The auction moment

Seats at a high-stakes final table, or the horses in the final race, go to the highest bidder late in the evening when the room is warmed up.

A prize drawing you run

Many hosts finish the night with a drawing for donated prizes, which keeps everyone in the room to the last hand. Drawings and raffles are run by you as the host and are licensed at county level in Georgia, so check with your county sheriff's office first.

Bundle chips into the ticket

Build a starting stack of Fun Money or Betting Chips into the ticket price so every attendee plays from the moment they arrive, and your revenue is banked up front.

Who We've Raised Money For

Five years with one foundation, and counting.

We have worked with Tri-Development Aiken for over four years. The first fundraiser was in a small room at a golf club with under a hundred guests. In 2025 there were over 250. In 2027 we run their fifth Fun Casino night at a third venue, because they keep outgrowing the last one.

Tailor Made Events is an awesome company for your entertainment needs. We have used them for 4 years for a Vegas Night fundraiser. James and his staff are great, professional and helps make the event memorable. If you are in need of entertainment for your corporate event or fundraising event Tailor Made Events is your one stop shop.

Sponsored tables at real fundraisers

The sponsor's name sits on the playing surface, in front of every guest at the table all night, not on a banner behind it.

Why It Outperforms A Standard Gala

Guests stay longer, and give more.

At a seated dinner the giving happens in one moment and the room goes quiet afterwards. At a casino or race night the tables hold people in the room, the competition keeps the mood up, and there are natural moments to ask all evening. It is also, simply, a night people talk about — which matters when you want them back next year.

  • Professional dealer at every casino table, MC for race nights and auctions
  • Choice of glow blackjack, roulette, craps, Texas Hold'em, 3-card poker and more
  • Fun Money, Betting Chips and race cards, personalised to your event
  • LED glow tables and races that sponsors can brand
  • All gameplay accessories, PA and projection where the format needs it
  • Delivery, setup, staffing and full tear-down
Also Used At Fundraisers

Other games and services we've used at fundraising events.

We can pretty much turn anything into a fundraiser. Tell us the cause and the room, and we'll build the night around it.

Plan Ahead

Three to six months out is ideal. Closer works too.

Spring gala season (March to May) and the autumn window (September and October) fill earliest, with December close behind. Tell us your date and we'll hold it while you finalise the details. Date closer than that? Don't worry. We always do our best to find a solution.

Fundraiser FAQs

How much does a fundraiser cost in Atlanta?

It depends on the format, the number of tables or races, your guest count, the venue and how long you need us. Send us your date, venue and expected headcount and we'll build a tailored quote within 24-48 hours. Many organisations offset most or all of the cost through sponsorships.

How much can we realistically raise?

It varies with the size of your event and which mechanics you use, but the organisations that do best combine several: sponsorships, ticketed entry, an auction element and a licensed raffle at the end. We'll walk you through what has worked for other non-profits when you book.

Casino night or race night?

Casino nights suit a room that wants to mingle and play all evening. Race nights are shorter, louder and build to a finale, which makes them a natural fit for a seated dinner. Plenty of organisations run both in different years, and we can combine them in one room.

Can sponsors put their branding on the tables?

Yes, and it's one of the best reasons to choose casino tables or races for a fundraiser. Our glow tables take sponsor logos and artwork easily, races carry a sponsor's name, and we can produce branded Fun Money, custom chips and table signage.

How does the gaming side work?

We provide casino-themed entertainment: the tables, professional dealers, chips and personalized Fun Money. No real money is wagered at our tables. The chips and Fun Money have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or merchandise, and our dealers never accept or pay out currency. We are not a gaming operator and we do not run raffles or prize drawings. If your event includes prizes, a drawing or a raffle, that part is designed and run by you as the host — Georgia licenses charitable raffles at county level and the requirements vary, so we'd recommend confirming with your county sheriff's office and your own counsel before finalising prize plans. We're glad to work within whatever structure your attorney approves.

How far in advance should we book?

Three to six months is typical for galas and fundraisers, and spring (March to May), autumn (September and October) and December fill earliest. Date closer than that? Don't worry. Tell us what you have and we'll do our best to find a solution.

What Our Clients Say
Such a great experience! Our school community had a Family Feud trivia event and the process from booking to the actual event was seamless. Alyssa was great to work with and was always pleasant and made herself available to answer all our questions to ensure we were prepared for the event. The event itself was so much fun and our hosts Tiffany and Mark were great. We will definitely book again for future events!
