How many guests can attend?

Up to 35. The format is intentionally small — every guest sees and hears every moment.

Is the venue exclusively ours during our ceremony?

Yes. The 2-hour window is yours alone — no shared cocktail hour with another wedding, no double-booking.

Can we hold the reception on-site?

Higher tiers include reception furnishings, hosted bar, and lighting/PA. See the current Three Birches information sheet for which tier includes what.

How far in advance should we book?

2-6 months typical for weddings. Popular Saturday dates fill earlier, especially April-June and September-October.

A Micro Wedding is small on purpose — a two-hour ceremony, in and out, or a small group doing it very nicely. We tailor it to you, partnering with local venues so you get an exclusive window, a professional officiant, and the moments that matter, without the cost or stress of a full wedding. Every wedding starts at 35 guests and builds from there.

We started Micro Weddings because we believe every couple deserves a beautiful wedding day, regardless of their budget. Too often, wedding costs spiral out of control simply because it's a wedding. Our goal is to offer an affordable, intimate, and meaningful alternative — proving that you don't need a huge budget to celebrate your love in a wonderful, picturesque venue surrounded by the people who matter most.
